How to Apply

To apply for Associate membership, submit:
(a)  your resume of education and experience, including what CEU Acupuncture courses you have taken thus far
(b)  your CTCMA registration number
(c)  proof of membership with the ATCMA
(e)  record of practical hours you may have working with athletes as a Registered Acupuncturist thus far, if any
(e)  a headshot photo of yourself
(f)  the application fee.


To apply for Accredited membership, submit:
(a)  your resume of education and experience
(b)  your CTCMA registration number
(c)   proof of membership with the ATCMA
(e)  record of 50 practical hours working with athletes as an RAc
(f)  Kinesiology or equivalent level courseowork in Anatomy or Biomechanics
(g)  certificate of completion of our Sport Conditions and Terminology course (may possibly be accepted in lieu of (f) depending on the candidate background
(h)  certificate of  completion of 1 weekend course from Matt Callison or Whitfield-Reeves
(i)  a headshot photo of yourself
(j)  the application fee.
